Welcome to
Most of us spend the majority of our lives at work, yet few people find this time enjoyable, meaningful or hopeful. Hope is too important to be absent from our personal or professional lives.
why hope?
In the 1990's, I studied The Psychology of Hope under Rick Snyder, one of the pioneers of positive psychology. Since that time, I have been exploring how to improve people's lives at work, and I believe one of the most underrepresented constructs of happiness at work is hope.
My career has spanned various roles in HR, product management, marketing, sales and strategy. Today I am focused on exploring how new technologies and new social norms can elevate our experience at work.
“We are entering an age where technology is not just a tool, but a bridge that connects people to purpose, unlocks human potential and creates a more prosperous future for all of us”
workplace hope assessment
In order to better understand hope at work, I have developed an assessment that employs concepts from Dr. Snyder's research, Dr. Martin Seligman's PERMA model and my own experience over the last several decades. Do you want to know how hopeful you are? Take the assessment and find out! (it will only take a few minutes)
